Dance, Cheerleading, Weightloss, Swimming, Tennis, Waterfront/Aquatics, Sailing, Volleyball, Soccer, Golf, Horses/Equestrian, Wrestling, Basketball, Football, Baseball, Team Sports, and more. Speed & Agility Training For Athletes
CAMP LOCATION: Bras1sports Speed and Agility Training is conducted privately in locations in Towson, Elliott City and Columbia MD areas.

1. Has an important “Try out” or “Recruiting Showcase” coming up and needs to work on improving their sprint time.
2. Is moving to a higher level of competition in their sport and needs to improve their speed to be more competitive.
3. Has a real opportunity to break into the starting lineup but needs to show measurable progress in their speed and agility.
FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): Private Speed Training, Agility Training, and Cardiovascular Conditioning for young athletes ages 10 and up
YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Speed Training
Each session is a 1 hour, one or two days a week, sessions are conducted over a continuous 4 to 8 week period. This course designed to help athletes learn proper running mechanics. We use speed drills with particular emphasis on acceleration, coordination, balance development, body control, and first step quickness to reinforce the techniques learned. Each session breaks down a certain component that is necessary to build understanding of proper running mechanics.
Agility Training
Each session is a 1 hour, one or two days a week, sessions are conducted over a continuous 4 to 8 week period. Athletes learn proper agility basics. An emphasis is placed on lateral speed and multi-directional movement techniques that support actual sports movement patterns. These techniques are reinforced through agility drills run at full speed.
CAMP SESSION DATES & FEES:
Bras1sports trains during the Spring, Summer and Fall. All training done outside on the Track and/or Field.
